The Track Shirt

OH MY GOD, February is FINALLY OVER, THANK GOD. Does February always seem like the worst month ever or is it just me??? Thankfully, I had a break from work a few weeks ago.......I would have loved to travel somewhere but alas, I had a staycation. One of my cats requires daily medication and I do not have anyone who can successfully medicate him in my absence.

James, being a cat, is quite indifferent to the fact that he is ruining my freedom by not behaving for the cat sitter.

No Fucks Given
Earlier in the season, I mentioned I was trying to restrain myself from finding a pair of track pants. It turns out that I found something even more ridiculous to wear......a TRACK SHIRT. Yes, my friends, it has snap buttons all the way up the sleeves just like a good old pair of track pants.  Perhaps one day I will develop good taste in clothing.

THE EQUIPMENT

Good old MAC Violetta, Justine Clenquet earrings, ring made by me.

  1. omg remember when everyone used to wear chain necklaces like that! They were so cool...I have no idea why they were forgotten. I had a couple! and I even wore them with track pants. Granted you're outfit is a lot cooler than anything I wore. Love the hair...and the matching lipstick!

  2. Ok I read track shirt before I saw your look and I was a little nervous... but darn it if you didn't pull it off really well! Lol.

I had to medicate my cat a few months ago, too. What a pain in the ass it is to give a cat anything they don't want to take.

  3. But is this shirt made from a nasty-ass crinkly polyester? If not - hell no, that's not a track shirt >D But, seriously - I wouldn't have guessed, it actually looks elegant on you!
